Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making. The role involves working with structured and unstructured datasets, building dashboards, and identifying trends that drive operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy
• Generate reports to support business decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Python/SQL
• Support predictive analysis and forecasting initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Basic understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
